No Refund Policy
It is important you choose your product(s) carefully as Great Earth does not refund or exchange products if you change your mind. Refunds or Exchanges are accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions from No Refund Policy
Please choose your product(s) carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind. We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not fit for purpose
A Refund will also be issued in the following cases:
- The product ordered cannot be sourced within a reasonable amount of time from the manufacturer.
- The product has been damaged in transit, i.e. the product needs to be reasonably considered of un-merchantable quality. If this occurs, please contact our customer service team at Great Earth upon receipt of the damaged in transit product, to assess the damage and work out a solution. You may be asked to provide a photograph of your item(s). Please note that events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.
- The product has been incorrectly shipped by Great Earth. The returned product in this case must be returned unopened and undamaged.
Please note that you will require proof of purchase (your receipt or online tax invoice) for any approved refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued as per your original payment method. We have the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.
