Recommended adult dosage

During exercise (Isotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink 1 to 2 doses 30 minutes before exercise and one dose during each hour of exercise (up to four doses per day) or as directed by a healthcare professional. In preparation for exercise/magnesium and carbohydrate loading (Hypertonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose three times per day, 2 to 3 days before an event to maximise muscle magnesium and endurance. For daily hydration (Isotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Take as required, up to four doses per day.
